Motacus Constructions Limited is a family run business, established on the 20th November 2005, having over 30 years experience, both in the UK and Romania, and other countries such as Bahrain and India. At our inception, our main objective was, and is still now, to provide a complete and bespoke construction service to achieve the highest standards of production and quality. In the process we have established a company defined by knowledge, teamwork, care and cooperation, and we are always striving to gain total client satisfaction.
We believe we have the experience, the expertise, and the professionalism to efficiently and effectively handle any construction project from conception to completion.
As an NHBC registered company, we perform any and all types of residential and commercial works, ranging from the construction of new buildings to extensions, conversions, refurbishment, and renovations. In the past, we have also produced metal-framed buildings, mezzanine floors and, in the process, produced our own steel fabrication among a vast array of construction works since our inception over 10 years ago.

Being fully committed to high-quality workmanship and beautifully finished products, Motacus Constructions Ltd also offers bespoke Joinery and Stone services, with a substantial in-house workshop.
Having built our reputation on quality and professionalism, Motacus manufactures and produces a wide range of timber goods in-house. Our joinery is specialised in staircases, windows, doors, bespoke furniture and goes right down to skirting, architraves, and beadings to any specification or design. Additionally, our stone masons produce kitchen worktops, bathroom vanity tops, tiling and cladding, fireplaces and furniture, with precise templating and fitting of all products.
Our Office is based in Brent Cross and although most of our Contracts are within the M25 corridor, we have also successfully carried out projects as far as Somerset in the West and Biggin Hill in the East. Additionally, we have been involved with stone masonry work in India and Bahrain for our International Client based in Bahrain.
The Values of Contracts that we have carried out range from £5,000 to £3,500,000 although we have the experience, ability, and resources to deal with Contracts of up to £10,000,000 depending on the nature and the complexity of the Contract.
