Petru founded Motacus Constructions 20 years ago, bringing with him a lifelong passion for construction that began at the age of 15. Growing up in Romania, he worked alongside his father, learning the trade from the ground up and developing a deep respect for craftsmanship, hard work, and the value of building something that lasts.

He turned that passion into a business, starting small but steadily growing the company through dedication, quality workmanship, and strong relationships with clients. His focus was never just on expansion—it was on creating a family-run business where trust, pride in the work, and attention to detail came first.

As the company evolved, he passed on his knowledge and values to his sons, who now play a key role in the business. Together, they have expanded the company’s reach and capabilities while staying true to its roots. As a registered Chartered Quantity Surveyor and fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Building, he brings a high level of professionalism, precision, and strategic thinking to every project. His expertise spans cost management, procurement, contract administration, and financial planning, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led a wide range of developments across London, working closely with clients, consultants, and the wider team to achieve outstanding results.
