Overview: It was a two-storey side and rear extension, loft conversion and whole house refurbishment project. The finished home included a spacious entrance hall and open-plan kitchen that overlooks a beautiful garden. The movement to the upper floors’ numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, is met by a gorgeous walnut and glass carpeted staircase. And because the immaculate designs of each room have been delivered to the highest standards, they’re sure to impress.

Overview: This project involved the construction of a three-storey side and rear extension as well as a ‘mansard-style’ extension to the roof. Alterations to the elevations and the conversion of two existing residential flats were also necessary. We also provided joinery works – including the staircase, doors, sash windows, architraves and some furniture. The works concluded with the creation of seven self-contained flats, adding five to the original two residential flats.

Overview: This involved the construction of a new, three-storey house in Moor Park, where we produced stunning interior and exterior spaces. The project initiated with the foundation, structure and steel work. It then continued with the garden landscaping, interior staircase, kitchen and bathrooms – as well as bespoke furniture and wardrobes. Every room – from the beautiful kitchen to the exquisite bathrooms – was carefully designed and built to look and feel unique.

Overview: This was a whole-house refurbishment job. The five-floor townhouse in London included a basement, terraces, and loft conversion. Our project encompassed a kitchen, dining room, family areas, study, bedrooms and bathrooms – all fitted with furniture and appliances by Motacus. A back-garden terrace as well as a small loft terrace were also constructed. Additionally, we made renovations to the existing staircase, and manufactured new and bespoke sliding, pocket and normal doors – as well as windows and furniture set-pieces.

Overview: With a masterful design and substantial steel structure, this staircase brings out the most complicated composition we’ve ever had. Built off-site by a sub-contractor, it was inserted in the house through the roof. Extending over three floors, once it’s finished it’ll be encased with a beautiful walnut cladding, with metal spindles and a walnut handrail.

Overview: Designed and built by Motacus, this uniquely cantilevered oval staircase was poured with concrete and encased with marble. We completed it with a complicated oak handrail and special-design metal spindles. With its unusual shape, this was a carefully crafted staircase, mapped out one-to-one on site, after the design had been finalized.

Overview: With an in-house design tailored to the clients’ needs and ideas, this spiral staircase was one of our best. Extending from the ground to the second floor, it’s structurally kept in place by steel and poured-concrete. As for how we finished it, we created an oak cladding and handrail, with carefully chosen metal spindles. Taking its place in the middle of the house, it creates a continuous and perfect circulation, with the skylight shining down throughout the entire house.

Overview: This was a bespokely designed and delicately crafted spiral staircase, spanning from the basement to the second floor. With a concrete base, it was impeccably encased with a walnut handrail and cladding. The balustrade had a beautiful glass finish, creating a continuous, seamless look and feel to the entire house.

Overview: It’s a carefully designed and built staircase, using a mixture of hardwood and soft wood. Extending from the ground floor to the loft, it includes a wooden handrail throughout, a glass balustrade for the ground floor, and bespoke spindles for the first. The simplistic white and hardwood finish makes the staircase look seamlessly blended in with the rest of the house.
